Love, Decoded is created and supplied by Lit & Witty (“we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us at litandwitty@gmail.com.

Your purchase gives you personal access to the Love, Decoded online dating journal. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The total price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown in Paddle Checkout before you pay.

The journal includes guided reflections, quizzes, a relationship blueprint, reusable date check-ins and a five-date review. It is supplied digitally; nothing will be posted to you.

Our order process is conducted by our authorised reseller, Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases and handles payment, tax, receipts, refunds and buyer support. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

After payment, you create an account using the email connected to your purchase. Access is activated only when the purchase and verified email match.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Your access is for you only and may not be sold, shared or transferred. Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has used your account.

Your journal responses are saved in the browser storage on your device. Clearing browser data, changing browser or using another device may mean those responses are not available there. You are responsible for keeping any copy you wish to retain.

Lit & Witty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Love, Decoded for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. The design, writing, questions, results and other journal content remain the intellectual property of Lit & Witty. You may print your own completed journal, but you may not copy, reproduce, publish, resell or distribute the journal or use it to create a competing product.

You must not attempt to bypass the purchase check, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code, use another person’s account or use the journal unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the journal, our users or our rights. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, access may end.

Love, Decoded is a reflective personal-development tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or professional relationship advice, and it cannot guarantee a relationship or dating outcome. You remain responsible for your choices, wellbeing and personal safety. If you need professional or urgent support, contact an appropriately qualified service.

We aim to keep the journal available and working, but internet services sometimes experience interruptions. We may make reasonable changes to improve security, accessibility or functionality. We will not intentionally remove the essential benefit of an existing one-time purchase without providing an appropriate remedy.

Our Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to your mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, loss of locally stored journal responses after device or browser changes, or decisions made solely in reliance on reflective journal content.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The version published when you purchase will apply to that purchase, except where a later change is required by law or improves your position.
