Refund Policy

If you have not yet logged in to and started using the journal, you may request a change-of-mind refund within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility is assessed under Paddle’s current refund rules and any law that applies to you.

Your first successful login opens and begins supplying the digital journal. After that first access, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds where you agreed during checkout to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of any applicable withdrawal right.

Logging in does not remove rights that the law does not allow us to exclude. You may still have a remedy if the journal is faulty, not as described, unavailable for an unreasonable period or if your local law gives you additional rights.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles refunds. Use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose the refund option. You may also email litandwitty@gmail.com if you need product support.

Please provide the purchase email and transaction number. Never send your password.

If Paddle approves a full refund, access to Love, Decoded will end. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and according to Paddle’s processing times.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction; where a mandatory local rule provides stronger protection, that rule prevails.
